Massage your scalp once in every 3 days with a mixture of warm castor and coconut oil. Mainly focus on the bald areas. After a light massage, wrap a warm wet towel over your head for 3 to 5 minutes. If greying is happening in 20's it's premature greying & its because more of acidic content in body so taking care of daily habits would help to control it, like drinking more of water will control acidic content in body, avoid too much of fried food as this food once consumed and gets broken down in body gives out free radicals which damage hair causing premature greying, also avoid harsh shampoos and gels as it breaks down melanin content in hair resulting in greying.Hence, oiling hair regular to give enough nourishment is necessary (coconut almond oil makes a great combination) and also include Indian gooseberry ( Amla ) in your daily diet.Use organic, natural and cold pressed oils to get the best benefit.
