I had extremely dry and frizzy hair. I have tried almost all shampoos, but then I found dove. Its cheap and very effective. It makes my hair feel soft and silky. Use it with their conditioner or you can use any other conditioner based on your linking. After towel drying the hair, makes sure to apply a good coat of hair serum. It will keep all the frizz at bay for 2-3 days. I use between the livon serumFor homemade hair pack, you can use alo vera , mixed with curd and oil. U can use loreal paris 5repair shampoo with its conditioner and serum, i too had this problem like u.I am using this pdt for last 2years and it helped me.
