Hi, my friend had the same skin problem like yours. I'd like to suggest to you what I did to her. Her skin has improved a lot since.

1. Use Innisfree whitening pore skin toner in both your day and night routine. 

2. Use the nykaa tea tree oil at night (mix it with olive oil or any moisturiser you use)

Please do not forget to use sunscreen, reapply after every 3 hours.

For your lips, you can use the juicy chemistry lip scrub. I really like the smell of lemon so I use that, but it's up to you. Don't ever forget to moisturise your lips if you want it to be plump and pink. I use the body shop one but it's totally your choice to use whatever.

Also: DO NOT OVER EXFOLIATE (maybe one or twice a week)
