Acne scars can easily fade by using lemon juice and coconut oil. On the weekends (or when you are at home) instead of using a face cream after bath, you can use 3-4 drops of coconut oil on your skin and then massage it properly on your face.Before sleeping at night you can mix equal amounts of water with lemon juice and apply it on your face. Wash it when you wake up with tap water . If you have a very sensitive skin then i would recommend you not to use lemon juice on your face, or what you could do is apply the mixture with 80% water and 20% lemon juice in it and gradually increase the amount of lemon juice in it. You can also keep the mixture on your face for an hour or half then wash your face with cold water .You will see all your scars fade in 1- 2 weeks

Cystic acne usually correlates with hormonal imbalance. You should contact concerned physician, most likely a dermatologist.ANY Products can't help you unless you find out root cause of your acne.You should also know almost always cystic acne leaves acne scar.
