I would suggest you to use Mamaearth Oil-Free Moisturizer With Apple Cider Vinegar. It is good for acne prone skin. I have been using this product for a long time and it has really worked on me. you can use clay mask for oil control.also consider using chemical exfoliantion which is extremely effective.you can start with aha and proceed towards bha for stubborn acne and blackheads

Yes dear scrubbing is very essential for oily n acne prone skin to prevents breakout but don't do excessive scrubbing. Only do scrubbing twice a week. Massage gently on acne prone area.
