You can also use strobe cream if you want shine on your face. Just use this before foundation.

Hey there! I'll suggest you to follow the proper steps of skin care like cleaning, toning, scrubbing, moisturizing and musking(thrice a week)  with good products that will suit you properly and these are must be oil based and enriched with vitamin E. And use the mixture of this three oils Almond, coconut, olive. And few drops of orange or lavender essential oil into it. Massage your face with it every night before sleeping. Your shine will be back soon. And drink a lot amount of water everyday.
