First get rid of acne. Use kama ayurveda's anti acne cleansing foam followed by vetiver water  Twice a day.Use nalapamardi thailam twice a week. Apply it for 20 minutes, then wash it off using your facewash. When you get rid of your acne, start using mridul post nalapamardi thailam. Never use mridul in active acne.Use kumkumadi scrub once a week. Remember - the more you wash your face and strip it off oils, the more oil it will generate. So, follow a good CTM routine.
