U should follow a proper skin care regime of cleanser toner and moisturizer as dirt sticks easily to oily skin..try  himalya purifying neem face wash or garnier light lemon facewash.. the body shop seaweed toner and lakme peach milk moisturizer.. I have used these products n hope they will help you.
