Please consult a dermatologist for fungal acne. For the flaky scalp, you can apply original Listerine (yellow) after partioning your hair. It can be left overnight and shampooed next morning with scalpe shampoo. Listerine has excellent astringent properties which will control a flaky scalp. But please ensure that it is only flaky dandruff. If it is psoriasis of the scalp, please consult a qualified dermatologist.
