Use sandalwood powder. It has great ability in lightening the skin tone. Take 1-2 tablespoon of sandalwood powder and then add adequate amounts of coconut water or rosewater to make a smooth mixture. Apply this on the affected area around the mouth, let it dry for 20 minutes and wash off with water.
