Hi Dear,

I got alot of hair fall when I was taking certain medication prescribed by doctor. Check if you too are taking any sort of medicine.

Also get checked your iron levels, that is also the cause of hair fall. Treating just outside wont help. I believe what we eat reflects on our body.

Include pulses daily in your diet. Also have a glass full of milk. Drink amla juice, it helped me in hair fall but I still face gray hair issue.

These things have helped me alot.

Mix 3 tablespoon of honey with 2 eggs , half lemon ,  1 tablespoon fenugreek powder and 1 table spoon amla powder and aply from roots to tips and massage in gently. Wash as usual after 1 hour and don't forgot to apply a serum. I use
