The most old and golden proverb is Helath is Wealth. So, i the time of Corona pandemic we should stick together with this old proverb. Our daily routine should emphasize on healthy diet as Well as light and energetic. Our morning should start with a mixture of warm water with honey, lemon and Tulsi leaf. After that we should take a healthy breakfast. The breakfast should contain with balance nutrients 50%-60% energy comes from protein and we should not forget about fat portion also. In the lunch we should take carbohydrates, protein and fat equally. The lunch should contain full of fiber so our digestion took place well. In the evening we should finished our dinner before 8 P. M. So, our stomach get adiquent time to digest all meal. Dinner should Lighter than lunch and breakfast in terms of calories, protein is a very vital nutrient which boost our immunity. So, Corona Virus will not attack easily. Get lost and lost of water inject in our body.
