As the coronavirus spreads across the country and the world.You might be wondering how to stop the virus.Ofcourse ,the best way to stop coronavirus is by practicing social distance and staying home as much as possible.But we can also protect our body from coughing and sniffles by loading up with immune boosting foods.And while you're keeping yourself healthy,be sure to avoid wrost foods for cold and flu.

•In my diet I am adding vitamin-c rich foods.The lemon and Oranges are good source of vitamin-c and helps prevent cold and flu.

•Taking warm liquids

•keeping myself hydrated

• Adding spices like turmeric and black pepper to increase my antioxidant intake.As we know turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties which improves immunity and helps fight against cold fever and sore throat.

• Eating fresh fruits and vegetables to boost my immunity. Vegetables like onions, brocolli, spinach and other seasonal vegetables are good for gut health and are also immunity booster.

• I'm also taking ginger and garlic.Ggarlic.Ginger has medical properties in case of common cold,cough,flu and garlic is very good antioxidant which has antiviral properties.Also loaded with vitamin-c, vitamin-B12, magnesium and zinc.
