Fruits

  • Oranges
  • Pine apple
  • Fresh berries
  • Papaya
  • Kiwi
  • Guava
  • Tomatoes

Vegetables

  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Bell peppers

Nuts

  • Almonds(soaked overnight) 
  • Walnuts
  • Green tea
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric

Min 3lits water(coconut water, plain water, or freshly homemade vit c fruite juice)
