Let me be honest, skin whitening is a myth. We all are born with a certain skin color and that doesn't change entirely. The only thing is that our skin sometimes gets darker due to tanning, and there are a few things that you can do to remove the tanning effect. Try exfoliation with a good scrub 2-3 times a week. Always choose a good scrub according to your skin type, i.e. oily, dry, or combo. Second, choose a facewash that will help with the same. The Face Shop Mung Beans or the Biotique Skin Whitening one worked for my oily-skin.
