	Wait for few minutes and then you can start your makeup 
	I follow this steps to prepare my skin before applying makeup.

Clean the face using a cleanser !

Use wet cotton to clean the face

Toner (rose water) (there are toners for different skin types also)

Moisturizer (biotique /any ) before primer .Use less during summers .

Primer (gel based for dry skin , cream based for dry skin)

An easy option is to clean the face using a wet wipe

You should s make sure that you wash your face, then apply moisturiser and then primer then you are good to go with foundation. The clinique moisturiser is the best thing to apply before using makeup
