Before waxing make sure you use a body scrub as it exfoliates the dead skin and loosens up all the dead skin cells and avoids ingrowth. So while pulling off the wax strip the hair will be easily removed. You can try using a mixture of papaya, turmeric and gram flour mixed with some milk and water as a home made body scrub to lighten the hair and also the dark spots.
