Q: Taking 10k steps daily will make you fit

Yes, you heard it right. I take daily minimum of 10k steps and how I measure by wearing a fitness watch which is from RedMi and is not very heavy on pocket. There are many brands like Fitbit, apple etc but are very expensive.  One more option is there if you don't want to purchase a fitness band or watch , is to install google fit app. However the band or watch will be more accurate. 

Try to get maximum steps in the fresh air in your near by garden. Sometimes I try to cover steps by roaming in my home itself. 

So for your walk and jogging there are many options on nykaa to wear like sports bra, t-shirts and track pants/joggers etc.My favorite brand is jockey which is available on nykaa.
