Hello beautiful ladies.. @Nykaa Army...my dear friends ?...i start my day with black coffee or lemon tea ...as u all know i am a huge fan of tea n coffee....?...so i prepare by myself as everything i hv to do.by own.. iam nt in job so i have to keep myself fit n fine only by doing household work that actually keeps me moving the whole day....so coming to black coffee.. brushing...shower.n all ... i do yoga for 20 min. daily... The main asanas are bhastrika,kapalbhati,anulom vilom.... sometimes i switch on to exercise cycle for15 min...iam an optimistic so i believe in doing meditation (mala japna in hindi or dhyan lgana by keeping almighty in mind, positive surroundings,good thoughts ).... Actually keeping urself positive is the best way to get rid of all the problems... i follow Rujuta diwekar in terms of diet n fitness .... thanks ??
