too much dry hair and excessive hair fall and also greying of hair. What can be done to overcome this problem

I have changed my shampoo from garnier detox to dove anti hairfall but no change my hair was with good volume and has thickness but now i am loosing those qualities. I have started using olive oil and caster oil but no help or major change and my hair are very fastly changing to grey.
