3- drink 2-3 green tea a day 

4- cut out all sugars from your diet( very important)

5- try out intermittent fasting ( it's scientifically proved and very effective)

My weight is 75 kg this is big problem..

I was 72kgs along with hypothyroidism but with proper balanced diet and walking i have lost 16kgs and now m 56. You just need to be dedicated and have cheat meals to keep you motivated. Make time for your health atleast an hour and see the change.

How to reduce post pregnancy weight. As I got no time for exercise. What to do??
