Like seriously, sounds funny but thinking about putting stuff inside our bodies just the way we do about putting stuff topically is important. 

Just eating well and excercising well can do so much more for our bodies. Ofcourse there are other factors like genetics, not keeping your surroundings clean, not cleansing properly and touching your face too often. 

But if you are a teenager worrying about pimples you should firstly check your diet. If you are getting acne on your cheeks then it could be hormonal even. The bottom line is, stop thinking about it so much. Just apply sunscreen regularly, cleanse properly, moisturize and eat well.

Remember patience is the best remedy for all.
