I suggest you to wear sunscreen on a daily basis as going out in the sun can worsen those acne marks even more. Other can this exfoliation is very necessary. It wears if dead skin cells and cleanse your clogged pores. For combination skin you can either go for Neutrogena sunscreen or Mamaearth sunscreen
