I would suggest that you try the Biotique Green Apple shampoo. I have the same problem, and this shampoo gave me great results. No flakes at all and no itching either. Also.. no discernible dandruff on scalp. Dandruff happens due to an oily scalp. This shampoo is great at combating that.
