What skin regimen and products should I follow?

I am 23 years old. I have a fair skin tone and a combination skin. I suffer from blackheads, open pores on the cheeks , facial hair, acne scars and a very dull dehydrated skin. What skin regimen should I follow with some reasonable good products?

You can follow a healthy skin care regime to overcome skin problems like open pores , dullness and excess oiliness.

Include the  Cleansing- Toning- Moisturizing as a daily & Masks once as a weekly routine.    


	Face Wash- try some which deeply cleanses and removes dirt and fights acne.
	Toner - use the toner which would control oil secretion and also work on open pores.
	Moisturizers- use a moisturizer which would be a gel based and oil controlling one.
	Mask- Use a clay based mask for skin  gand pores tightening and which would fix acnes.
	Home remedies- Use Aloe Vera for acne,Multani Mitti with tomato pulp for oily skin and lightning the skin and  acne scars.
