Dear..there are so many causes for premature graying of hair...it may be hormonal,genetic ,due to hypothyroidism,or lack of vitamins...in most of the cases it is due to defective endocrine function...U should take more anti-oxidants in ur diet or anti-oxidnt pills...vit B12,vit c and vit A also...this problem is internal so can't be cured by providing external caring materials...u can colour ur hair to hide this

&bull;aviod junk food 

&bull;eat healthy (like  walnuts best for hair eat 2 eavery morning)

&bull;do oiling twice a week
