Go for fragrance free products.. if you have very sensitive skin which means your skin is more prone to immune response towards comedones hence the break out.i suggest Cetaphil or bioderma or cereVe clarins has a very good range of toner.Check it out. thank me later &#128171;

For sensitive skin fragrance free products are always the best. Those with minimal ingredients too. I couldn't find many toners but found a few. Also if u have sensitive skin I recommend keeping ur skincare simple and honestly ditching the toner.
