Light shades will look good . Opt for nude shades as light goes well with dark so your dress being dark , light color lip shade will look awesome.

You cant decide the lipstick colour based on the dress..its the make up..if you are going heavy on eyes go fr nude shades or pinks..if eye makeup is light then go fr reds(all time fav ) or something in browns or metallic look lipstick
