Hey Veronika! To start off with you can follow a basic CTM routine of a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Dont forget to add on a layer of sunscreen as well. 

It is essential to use a primer before any makeup application. That sets the base for makeup. You can apply a BB/CC cream or even a foundation post a primer. If you do have a concern of pigmentation, apply a concealer one or two shades darker to your skin tone. If you do not have a heavy look apply a loose powder instead of a compact. Add on some coral lipstick and do up your eyes with mascara! Your set to go :)
