Whatever shampoo which you felt good on your hair. Go with it again. Apply oil twice a week. Apply till ends of the hair or stop shampooing more. Mix shampoo and conditioner in water before it's use. Beat coinditioner in water make it liquidy creme and apply over to hair alone. Shampooing can be done in preferred way but with mix of water.
