Why my makeup turned dark after some time in day time.

Question

My skin is combination to oily and I have acne n facial hair too. So when I apply foundation it turned out dark after some time. I use colorbar primer and Maybelline age rewind concealer too before applying my fit me foundation. But nothing works for my skin. Makeup looks cakey and dark after some time. Pls help what is wrong I m doing.

It turned dark because your foundation  oxidized a bit. Use 1 shade lighter tone .

Use a primer before makeup and a setting spray after to maintain the look for long hours. Also use a long lasting foundation.

Many a times foundations do oxidise. The darkness caused is either the foundation oxidise or if a foundation doesn&rsquo;t oxidise your skin may as you have an oily skin. So i suggest u can use a foundation which does not cause oxidisation and also a primer which will minimise your pores. Colourbar primer is good but I would also suggest u Benefit Pore Minimalise primer and for foundation Huda Beauty is good but if you want drugstore you can try L.A. Girl.
