This is a partially air-conditioned venue. The main exhibition and masterclass hangar will be air-conditioned, while the music performances and food & beverage areas will be open-air.

Admission to the venue may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the venue without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee if the visitor engages in the following non-exhaustive list:
- Refuses to be searched by security personnel.
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Is in the possession of, or is dealing in drugs.
- Puts the lives of others at risk.
- Damages or steals any of the infrastructure or inventory at the venue.
- Is in possession of firearms.
- Is in possession of any of the below prohibited items.
- Any other reason deemed fit by the organiser.
The following items will be confiscated, or you will be asked to leave the premises.
- Laptops and external hard drives may not be permitted in the venues.
- Large backpacks and bags with multiple pockets.
- Sharp objects of any kind, such as: blades, knives, scissors, weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains or sharp jewellery.
- Laser pens or pocket lasers.
- Flammable items, such as: lighters, sky lanterns, fireworks, flares etc.
- Narcotics or banned substances. The use and possession of drugs is completely forbidden. It is prohibited to deal drugs on the event premises. If such an infringement becomes apparent you will be removed from the event premises and handed over to the police.
- Markers, pens or spray paint.
- Food & beverages from establishments outside of the premises.
- Unsealed cigarette packets or any kind of smoking device including vapes.
- By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
- This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only, except the Fabulous 4 ticket, which is valid for four persons.
- Ticket prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organiser.
- Rights of admission are solely reserved with the organiser.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the event date and time without prior intimation. In case of any rescheduling, you shall be notified via email.
- All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.
- The organiser, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
- The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
- The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.
- The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.
- The venue provides no parking facilities.
- Your belongings may be searched on entry to the show for hazardous, flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic, narcotic / hallucinatory and / or illegal materials (“Prohibited Items”). You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, and / or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, you may be denied entry to the show without refund or compensation.
- No bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue.
- A ticket holder grants the organiser the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the event or any part of it.
- First aid / medical facilities will be provided, however, the organiser and the venue do not take any responsibility for any medical problems arising.
- In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase / sample alcoholic drinks.
- The laws of the Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
- The views expressed by the artist either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, “Channels”), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of BookMyShow nor are they endorsed in any manner by BookMyShow, its associates and affiliates.
- The organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any artist performance.
- Your cooperation is solicited.
- In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Bigtree may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you such as name, email address or telephone number at the time of booking / registration / payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby give your consent to Bigtree to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes.
- By registering yourself on BookMyShow, you hereby expressly agree to the above terms.
- BookMyShow and the organiser reserve the right, without liability, to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated; under the influence of drugs; and / or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, and / or nuisance at the show.
