FAQ

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and will be available until tickets sell out.

Where can I buy Nykaaland tickets?

Tickets for Nykaaland will be available exclusively on BookMyShow. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through the official BookMyShow platform to avoid counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

You can purchase up to 10 tickets per booking ID. All ticket categories are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.

How many people can enter with one ticket?

Most tickets are valid for 1 person.

With a Beauty Besties ticket, two guests can gain entry using a single booking ID, making it easy for two friends to experience the festival together on one ticket.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit to attend Nykaaland.

Children under 3 years of age do not require a ticket.

Guests under the age of 16 are recommended to attend with a parent or legal guardian.

Please note that age restrictions may apply to the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages as per applicable laws.

What is the duration of Nykaaland?

Nykaaland is a 3-day beauty and music festival, taking place from 23–25 October 2026 in New Delhi.

What time do the gates open?

12pm on all three days of the festival. Please note that event timings and artist schedules are subject to change. Beauty brands hangar is accessible from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Can I buy a ticket for just one day?

Yes. 1-Day tickets are available for Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Each 1-Day ticket is valid only on the specified day.

What is included in the Beauty Besties 1-Day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) ticket?

Entry: Valid for two guests on Friday/Saturday/Sunday (using a single booking ID)

Access: Includes general festival access, beauty brand hangar access, stage performances, and entry to non-ticketed masterclasses in the masterclass hangar

Beauty Samples: Each of the 2 besties receive 3 complimentary ‘beauty samples’ to redeem at brand booths on their respective days. You will be handed over two wristbands which will be pre-loaded with 3 ‘beauty samples’ each (unless you’ve purchased the’ Beauty Besties Early Bird Offer’ tickets, in that case, you will receive 6 ‘beauty samples’ on each band)

Beauty brands hangar: is accessible from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

What is a Season Pass?

The Festival 3-Day Pass offers the following benefits:

Entry: Grants access for one individual on all three days of the festival.

Access: Includes general festival access, beauty brand hangar access, stage performances, and entry to non-ticketed masterclasses in the masterclass hangar.

Beauty Sampling: Includes 10 complimentary ‘beauty samples’ to redeem at participating brand booths.

Beauty Samples: Subject to brands activities & discretion

Hangar Hours: Beauty brand hangar is accessible from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Complimentary Drink: Includes 1 free Nykaaland special beverage at the Tavern.

Wristband Policy: Only one band will be provided, which will be valid for all three days. Customers are advised not to tear or damage the band and to keep it intact throughout the event to ensure access on all three days.

What is the Beauty Enthusiast Pass?

The Beauty Enthusiast Pass grants one individual access to all three days of Nykaaland, featuring:

Festival Entry: Access for all three days of the event.

Access: Includes general festival access, stage performances, and entry to non-ticketed masterclasses in the masterclass hangar.

Beauty Sampling: Includes 30 complimentary ‘beauty samples’ to redeem at participating brand booths.

Beauty Samples: Subject to brands activities & discretion

Hangar Hours: Beauty brand hangar is accessible from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Complimentary Drink: Includes 2 free Nykaaland special beverage at the Tavern.

What are ‘beauty samples’ and how can I redeem them?

Your allocated ‘beauty samples’ will be pre-loaded onto your festival wristband, depending on the ticket you’ve purchased. These can be redeemed at participating beauty brand booths in the Brands Hangar, which will be accessible from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Simply visit the participating brand booths and scan/tap your wristband to redeem a ‘beauty sample’. Please note:

‘Beauty samples’ are not simply handed out at every booth. Some brands may require you to play a game (Only once you win the game will you receive a sample.), complete an activity or participate in an interaction before receiving a ‘beauty sample’.
Samples are subject to brand participation, availability, activities and brand discretion.
Sampling is not guaranteed for a specific brand or product.
Brand booths will start shutting down from 7:00 PM onwards, so we recommend arriving early to make the most of the activities and sampling opportunities.

How can you top-up your ‘beauty samples’?

You can add up to 100-200 ‘beauty samples’ in the add-ons section of the ticket buying process. You can load up to 10 or 20 ‘beauty samples’ in multiples of 10 on the BookMyShow app.

If you exhaust your complimentary ‘beauty samples’ which were included in your ticket, you can head to the add-on top-up counter to add ‘beauty samples’ to your wristband.

Can I choose which ‘beauty samples’ I receive?

‘Beauty samples’ are at the discretion of the brand. Specific products or samples cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

What happens if a ‘beauty sample’ runs out?

‘Beauty samples’ are subject to availability and may run out during the festival. We recommend redeeming your samples early.

Your ‘beauty samples’ cannot be exchanged for cash or another benefit if a particular sample is unavailable.

Can I use my ‘beauty samples’ on any day?

For 1-Day ticket holders, beauty samples are valid only on the day of your ticket.

For Season Pass or Beauty Enthusiast Pass holders (3-Day festival access), beauty samples are valid across all three days, until the allocated samples are used.

Please check the inclusions of your specific ticket for exact validity.

What are the "Unlock 10 Samples" and "Unlock 20 Samples" add-ons?

These are optional add-ons that you can purchase on top of the beauty samples already included with your ticket. All sampling is subject to participating brands’ discretion, availability and applicable activity requirements.

Can I purchase add-ons with any ticket?

Yes. Add-ons can be purchased with eligible ticket categories, subject to availability.

Can I purchase add-ons after buying my ticket?

Additional beauty sample add-ons may be purchased in person at the event by visiting the dedicated Add-on Top-Up Counter located within the Brands Hangar.

Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?

No. Tickets cannot be upgraded, downgraded, exchanged or changed after purchase.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are non-transferable.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

No. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased, except where required under the applicable cancellation or event rescheduling policy.

Can I leave the venue and come back?

Re-entry is permitted for Season Pass 3-day Ticket / Beauty Enthusiast Pass holders only, subject to the wristband remaining valid and intact.

1-Day ticket holders will not be permitted to re-enter once they exit the venue.

How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be issued as a QR code via WhatsApp and email and will also be available in your BookMyShow profile.

Your QR code must be presented at the box office to collect your festival wristband, unless otherwise communicated.

Wristbands may be home-delivered approximately 4 days before the festival for eligible bookings.

Tickets purchased close to the festival may need to be collected from the box office.

What happens if my wristband is lost or damaged?

Your wristband is your access credential for the festival and, where applicable, your sampling and other ticket benefits.

Lost, damaged, tampered-with or removed wristbands may not be replaced. Please keep your wristband secure and intact throughout your visit.

Do I need to carry an ID?

You may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID for ticket verification, age verification or other access requirements.

Please carry a valid original ID with you.

What is included in my masterclass ticket?

Festival entry on all three days
Seating available inside the masterclass hangar with the respective artist
Assignment of seat is on a first-come, first-served basis
Meet the artist and receive an official certificate after the masterclass
Grants General Access to all 3 days of festival, performances & non-ticketed masterclasses
Includes one free drink at the Tavern.
10 free ‘beauty samples’ redeemable at the brand booths in the brand booth hangar.
‘Beauty Samples’ are subject to brands' activities & discretion
You are recommended to arrive 15 mins before time for the workshop
Only one band will be provided, which will be valid for all three days. Customers are advised not to tear or damage the band and to keep it intact throughout the event to ensure access on all three days.

Do I need a separate ticket for a ticketed masterclass?

Yes. Ticketed Masterclasses require a separate Masterclass ticket.

General festival tickets do not automatically include guaranteed access or seating at ticketed masterclasses.

Are all masterclasses ticketed?

No. Nykaaland will have both ticketed and non-ticketed masterclasses. Ticketed masterclasses require a separate ticket. Non-ticketed masterclasses are accessible to eligible festival ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity.

Is seating guaranteed at a ticketed Masterclass?

Yes, a ticketed Masterclass ticket guarantees access to the designated masterclass. Seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

Can I attend a ticketed Masterclass if I only have a 1-Day ticket?

Only if you have purchased the relevant Masterclass ticket and your festival ticket is valid for the day of the masterclass.

Does my festival ticket include the music performances?

Yes. General festival access includes access to the main music programming, subject to venue capacity and applicable access restrictions.

Is this a seated festival?

No. Nykaaland is primarily a standing festival.

Seating will be available for ticketed masterclasses and designated areas where applicable.

Is the venue air-conditioned?

Nykaaland is a partially air-conditioned venue.

The main brands hangar and masterclass hangars will be air-conditioned, while music performance and food & beverage areas will be open-air.

Is parking available at the venue?

The venue does not provide parking facilities. We recommend using public transport or app-based cabs wherever possible.

Are food and beverages available at the festival?

Yes. A curated selection of restaurants, cafés, food experiences and bars will be available within the festival.

Can I bring food or beverages from outside?

No. Outside food and beverages will not be permitted inside the venue.

Can I take food and beverages into the Foundation Exhibition Hangar?

No. Food and beverages cannot be taken inside the Foundation Exhibition Hangar.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking area. Guests are requested to dispose of cigarette waste responsibly in the bins provided. Unsealed packets will not be allowed inside the venue.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted inside the venue.

Is photography allowed?

Yes! Photography and personal social media content are encouraged.

Please tag @nykaaland and @bookmyshow.live when sharing your Nykaaland moments.

Please note that professional photography, videography, commercial filming and recording may require prior permission from the organiser.

Will I be photographed or filmed at Nykaaland?

Yes. Photography, videography and other forms of content capture may take place throughout the festival.

By attending Nykaaland, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, videos or other content captured at the event and that such content may be used by the organiser and its authorised partners for marketing, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes, including promotion of future editions of Nykaaland.

Do you accommodate guests with special needs?

Yes. We aim to make Nykaaland accessible and comfortable for all guests.

For specific accessibility requirements, please contact the Customer Experience team at accessibility@bookmyshow.com before attending the event.

Are group bookings available?

Yes. For group bookings of 50 tickets or more, please contact the BookMyShow Corporate Sales team at: corpsales.bmslive@bookmyshow.com.

What items are not allowed inside the venue?

All guests and belongings are subject to security checks before entering the venue. Please check the website for the updated list before arriving at the event.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Firearms and weapons
Knives, blades and other sharp objects
Pepper spray
Large chains or sharp jewellery
Laser pointers or pocket lasers
Fireworks, flares and sky lanterns
Flammable items
Narcotics or banned substances
Spray paint, markers and similar items
Outside food and beverages
Vapes and other smoking devices
Unsealed cigarette packets
Large backpacks or bags with multiple compartments
Any other item deemed unsafe or prohibited by the organiser or venue

Can I bring a laptop or external hard drive?

Laptops and external hard drives may not be permitted inside the venue. Please check the final security guidelines closer to the event.

Will my belongings be searched?

Yes. Security checks will be conducted at entry to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

Guests who refuse to comply with security checks may be denied entry.

What happens if I am found with a prohibited item?

Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue without a refund.

In cases involving illegal substances or other unlawful activity, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

BookMyShow/Nykaaland is not responsible for your belongings.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that Nykaaland is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified through the registered email address and/or mobile number.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated by the organiser and BookMyShow.

What happens if the event is rescheduled?

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email and/or SMS with details of the revised date and applicable ticket policy.

How will I know if my payment is successful?

You will receive a payment confirmation via WhatsApp and email shortly after successfully completing your transaction.

Your booking will also be reflected in your BookMyShow account.

What if I haven't received my confirmation?

Please check your email spam/junk folder and your WhatsApp messages first.

If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please contact BookMyShow Customer Support with your booking details.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets will be available on BookMyShow subject to availability. On-ground ticket sales, if any, will be communicated separately.

Can I buy tickets from another website?

No. The official Nykaaland tickets will be available only through BookMyShow.

Please do not purchase tickets from unauthorised third-party sellers, as the organiser cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere.

What happens if I lose my QR code?

Your ticket will also be available in your BookMyShow account. You can access your booking there and retrieve your QR code.

What happens if my QR code doesn't work at the venue?

Please approach the BookMyShow box office/customer support team at the venue with your booking details and valid ID for assistance.

What if an artist or brand listed for the festival changes?

Artist, brand, masterclass, programming and experience line-ups are subject to change.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, artists, brands, timings and experiences where required.

What happens to unused ‘beauty samples’?

Unused ‘beauty samples’ expire at the end of their applicable validity period and cannot be carried forward, exchanged or refunded.

Terms & Conditions

EVENT GUIDELINES

By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
Each ticket is valid for one person only, except the Beauty Besties, which is valid for two persons. Please read the FAQs section for more details.
Ticket prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organiser.
Rights of admission are solely reserved with the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to change the event date and time without prior intimation. In case of any rescheduling, you shall be notified via email.
All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.

The organiser, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
The venue runs on a limited capacity. In case the event reaches its max capacity the organiser has the right to refusal of entry or moderate the entry with customer exiting.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the event. You grant the organiser the right to use your image, likeness, voice and/or appearance in photographs, videos and other content captured at the event for marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes across all media and platforms, including for promoting future editions of Nykaaland, without any further notice or compensation.
The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.
The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.
The venue does not provide parking facilities.
Your belongings may be searched on entry to the show for hazardous, flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic, narcotic / hallucinatory and / or illegal materials (“Prohibited Items”). You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, and / or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, you may be denied entry to the show without refund or compensation.
No bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue.
A ticket holder grants the organiser the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
The organiser shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the event or any part of it.
First aid / medical facilities will be provided, however, the organiser and the venue do not take any responsibility for any medical problems arising.
In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase / sample alcoholic drinks.
The laws of the Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
The views expressed by the artist either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, “Channels”), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of BookMyShow nor are they endorsed in any manner by BookMyShow, its associates and affiliates.
The organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any artist performance.
Your cooperation is solicited.
In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Bigtree may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you such as name, email address or telephone number at the time of booking / registration / payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby give your consent to Bigtree to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes.
By registering yourself on BookMyShow, you hereby expressly agree to the above terms.
BookMyShow and the organiser reserve the right, without liability, to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated; under the influence of drugs; and / or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, and / or nuisance at the show.
