I had been using toothbrush of rs 30 till now but my teeth became a little sensitive over the years so thought to switch , if you see the packaging and the bristles you would feel it's like any other toothbrush. When I touched it with my finger it looked rough but as I used it to brush my teeth I felt a big difference. It is soft for my teeth. Not too soft . But considering the price factor I got it for 55rs it is good . Definitely Not harsh for your teeth as other toothbrush at this price range
