This form of wet extracted virgin coconut oil, extracted from green coconut (vs dried copra) retains maximum antioxidants, moisture and anti-bacterial properties because of a unique component in it called lauric acid and capric acid. This form of extraction yields very little oil and it is the true virgin coconut oil. A great way to recognise a good quality virgin coconut oil is that it has a fresh mild coconut smell and not a strong nutty roasted smell (the roasted / strong nutty smell is usually from dried copra).This form of oil has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for its therapeutic properties, and it makes it an ideal choice for your baby's sensitive skin or even mom's sensitive skin.

Use this oil as a pre bath massage oil or to moisturize baby's skin after bath. Always apply on a slightly damp skin. This oil has a purity of an edible grade product and you can safely apply it on baby's head, face and body or even chapped lips. Avoid applying on the baby's head in peak winter season as coconut oil has a cooling effect If you are using it for yourself then, apply on slightly damp skin for your face, hair or body. It can even help scars and stretch marks as coconut oil promotes natural collagen production and has tremendous anti-ageing properties!
