Why do I need to upload my documents?
We require your documents to verify that you’re a qualified beauty professional since the platform has brands, products and offers exclusively meant for beauty professionals. Your documents are safe with us and are stored under highly restricted access. You cannot avail the Nykaa PRO catalog and offers till your application has been processed for Nykaa PRO with the relevant documentation.
How long does it take for an application to be processed?
Once you submit the form, we will verify the details and documents submitted by you. The process can take a maximum of 72 hours or 3 business days, after which you will receive an email from us on your registered email id communicating your membership status.
Is the Nykaa PRO membership free? What’s the duration of the membership?
For now, the membership is absolutely free! This is a lifelong membership.
Once I have registered for Nykaa PRO, can I immediately start purchasing for Nykaa PRO eligible products?
