It removes all the make up you have worn like really waterproof mascara will come out and even after so much scrubbing it won’t leave your skin dry at all so plus points.
Removes oil dirt very nicely leaves a nice glow on ur face
Just got my hands on this! It smells so lovely and the formulation is perfect to cleanse your skin. It's a yes!
It's a decent product which gets rid of all make up. Emulsifies nicely once you add water. I have combination to oily acne prone skin but I didn't have any issue with break outs or whatsoever like other people. My only issue with this product is it hurts my eyes blood mary. If you put kohl on your lower lids and try to work this oil on your lower lids as well , your eyes are gonna hurt until next morning. I literally had to put sterile eye drops to ease the irritation. But if you just work it over your eyes not going into your lower lids then it doesn't cause any irritation at all. I use kohl heavily on my lower lids and in the past I have used cleansing oils an butters from body shop which doesn't irritate eyes at all. So though it's a good product I might not buy it that often due to this reason alone.
Let me start with the good things. The smell of this oil is divine! And I like the look of the stylish glass bottle packaging with the make-believe wood paint pump cap on top. Now the issues. I have combination and acne prone skin. Due to the humid climate in my city, my skin becomes oily. This oil is super fatty. It certainly leaves an oily residue on the skin that doesn't wash off. in very cold and dry climates, this might be a blessing, but not for me now. Second, as attractive as the packaging is, there are so many issues with the bottle itself. (a) It's not travel-friendly and it leaks. This is despite a plastic stopper at the pump; (b) The pump doesn't function smoothly. I need to angle my fingers in an awkward way to ensure the oil is pumped out. Even then, more than the intended amount squirts out and spills outside the target area; (c) I'm worried about the glass packaging. If it drops, it breaks. Hence, unsure if it's even suited for traveling. Will I buy it again? No. I have other cleansing oils which work better at similar price points.
Good for dry skin, but not recommended for combination skin
I have sensitive acne prone skin and using this facial oil caused massive breakouts and rashes. Not recommended for sensotive skin.
I have sensitive skin and the moment I apply it to remove my make up it started burning up my whole face. Then, I ran to wash my face but it did not help.I tried applying gulab jal and tried moisturizing still it didn't stop burning, I had to wash my face multiple times to stop the burning. It had burned off my first layer of skin. Next morning I had a big red patch on my cheek and chin area, I had to avoid using any kind of product for a week later, it started peeling and also it has a very strong smell that won't wash off even after two or three washes. I bought it because I saw positive reviews.I would not recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin. I had a very scary experience with it.
