I found the consistency to be like a matte finish liquid lipstick but doesn't dry out on the lips. Easy to apply as well.

Can use as it is or top it up on a Matt lipstick to have a subtle shine. Very comfortable and long lasting. May not cover highly pigmented lips but looks fab on any skin tone .
