It's a volumising spray . Gives amazing volume.The hold is mediuum. I used the mousse gel mousse method of cgm . My hair is 2a/2b type . It just makes the hair look just like you want! Perfect without drying it out too much. It doesn’t come across as heavy like other mousse products
