I would say yes it is practically effective. This is second purchase and as you can see this is expensive. Still if i purchase it for the second time it means there were too many things i liked about it. Works good on pigmentation, dark spots. Feels like borolene but isn't oily at all. Absorbs very well. Restores hydration. I use it 2 times a day. This has provenly reduced pigmentation. I could notice dark spots on my face my cheeks..I started using this and could see them lightening up not vanished completely though in one tube. Now, that i have purchased another I hope will help in completely eradicating those pigmented spots. And my mother used this too she finds it good for both winters and summers.
