Liked the patches,it's good..they stick on well.they are slippery and soaked in the serum,which is good..easy to apply..they leave the under eyes soft.. Vitamin-CI dont think so it does work on dark circles or baggy eyes. It just hydrates your eyes. Though it is quite good for your eyes in summers.
