Very good for medium flow(4-5hr). Also useful in heavy flow but have to changed in approx 2 hrs. Thread is properly attached into the tampon. Easily insertable and removable

It better to use super plus (orange) or regular (yellow) . It is not that effective and sometimes painful to insert.
