It says NO SHINE, But, it does give a little sheen on the face, is not matte rather gives a dewy look which is fine by me as it doesn't break me out. It is hydrating , blends smoothly without leaving a white cast behind , which is a plus. I can definitely see myself repurchasing it! Btw, packaging is super cute....
