It is really pigmented. Non sticky, but it is a true brown colour. It'll go beautiful on brown skin. But if you are looking for some pinkish mauve Kind of brown it is not that . it is a true mocha brown. And it is highly pigmented. Like without lip liner, you can use absolutely beautiful. It gives a light pink tint which is very glossy. It's not suitable for dark or pigmented lips as the colour isn't very dark.
