Read all precautions on the outer pack before use. Apply the cream onto the desired area using the coloured side of the sponge. Do not rub it in. Wash hands.

Wait for 2 minutes, then step into the shower

Make sure the cream stays on your skin for 3 more minutes. Avoid exposing the cream to a direct stream of water within the first 3 minutes in the shower.

Remove cream with the white side of the sponge in a circular motion. If needed, leave on for a bit longer without exceeding 10 minutes. Rinse your skin thoroughly after use.
