I have been suffering from cracked heels for I don't even know how long now. I used pumice stone, got pedicures, applied creams - nothing worked like this product. I just filed my dry heels for a couple of minutes and voila! My heels are baby soft now. I'm so happy. Note : I haven't used it wet yet. One side is more textured than the other. I used the more textured side first and then smoothed everything out with the other side. A lot of dead skin came off - as you can see in the pictures. I wish I had taken a before/after of my heels too but I was just too excited to use the product lol.
