So this has been my 2nd purchase and I must say, from my insomnia pov lol, this is magic. Uninterrupted sleep, freshness in the morning.

The product does what it claims.

I use this on nights I have trouble falling asleep; it works like a charm, making me feel drowsy within a short time.
