I do get to notice significant change in ny hair health after 1 month of consumption. I only take it once a day, irrespective of the instructions
I'm unsure if it controls hair fall as I don't have any. I bought it to address hair greying. It doesn't reverse existing grey hairs, but it should prevent further greying.
Would be nice if it had biotin and folate also.
