Quite good as a hair oil, not very heavy or sticky. It does have a little nutty smell which is ok. Good for moisturizing hair or skin.

I have an oily scalp and frizzy hair. Started using it in a small amount on my hair ends an hour before shampoo. Makes my hair comparatively less frizzy and more soft. Love it.
