The shapewear is supper stretchable. My waist size is 34. I ordered M size. And it's perfect for me. It covers my all belly fat very well. And most importantly it's supper comfortable.

It's a very good product. Material is very comfortable. It holds the extra fat of the tummy properly. Go for it.

Doesn't help with slightly bulged belly . Panties keep rolling up while walking . Although does a decent job . Got it for ₹480 so kind of okayish
