Earlier this year Pantone announced not one but two colors of the year 2016, Rose Quartz and Serenity.  Rose Quartz is a soft pastel rose pink and the new shade’s name is inspired by the crystal “stone of love” of the same name.  Serenity is like fluffy blue clouds, buoyant and airy, bringing respite and relaxation even in turbulent times. Nykaa has just launched these two pastel shades in its hugely popular nail polish collection. Of course, we couldn’t stop there, we had to do a nail art! So, here’s a super easy, chic and pastel DIY for your pinkies!
You will need:
Step 1
Start by applying two coats of Serenity to all your nails and let them dry completely.
Step 2
Apply the hole guard stickers at the bottom of your nails, near your cuticles slightly overlapping, creating a half moon.
Step 3
Now, using Rose Quartz paint over the sticker and let it dry for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Once it’s dry, peel off the sticker carefully.
Step 5
Seal your mani with a top coat to add some shine.
